We faced significant issues during our stay. Upon arrival, the pool was closed and it wasn't communicated to us beforehand. Additionally, the cleanliness of common areas was poor, with big spiders in the hallways and an unkempt curtain in our room. I was disappointed that despite my requests, the exercise room remained unattended and without necessary cleaning supplies, making it feel neglected.
